The Delrin® Acetal Glide is specially fit to the Evolution Carpet Wand’s glide holder allowing for an exceptional airtight seal. (Most standard wands have generic aftermarket Teflon glides that are designed to fit multiple wands. These common glides typically don't fit well and must be silicon sealed to the wand.)
In the design stage of The Evolution, technicians used scientific tests to ensure the Evolution Carpet Wand had smooth airflow and peak water-recovery performance. The Evolution was tested against other standard cleaning wands and was found to leave half of the residual moisture per-square-yard in comparison.
